What I do

I build practical software that turns microscopy and medical images into analysis-ready data — including registration, segmentation, dataset preparation, and quality control — with an emphasis on reproducibility, scalability, and usability.

• End-to-end WSI pipelines: tissue detection, cleaning, efficient patch extraction & storage
• Segmentation modules for quantitative analysis and TME characterization
• WSI registration for 3D tissue reconstruction and multi-section alignment
